Historical restoration is an important commitment of the foundation with-in the community. The Alonso Building restoration project has been accomplished through the joint effort of community members and the involvement of vocational students. We have developed a successful model that shows that the local initiative on restoration projects and the experience for students can be cost effective and rewarding to all involved.
